Robert K. Spalding

 

 

Mr. Spalding graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1956. He has served or continues to serve with distinction in various governmental offices, including: St. Louis County First Assistant Prosecuting Attorney; Special Assistant Attorney General of the State of Missouri; Municipal Judge of the cities of Ellisville, Mo. and Manchester, Mo.; and as the City Attorney of Ballwin, Mo. and Peerless Park, Mo. Mr. Spalding has also held positions on the Board of Directors of several local banking institutions.

Robert Spalding has maintained a private practice in west St. Louis County since 1966. His emphasis in our firm is in the areas of small corporations, general business, real estate, probate and estate planning.
